Sega Saturn consoles released in Asian countries (other than Japan and South Korea) are similar to Japanese consoles. They use the same region code, bios, body design and output NTSC video. The main difference is the power supply, which can range from 200v to 240v. The boxes and manuals are also completely in English. Hong Kong received a special Video CD model that included a very late version of the Video CD Card that was exclusive to this console.
