Goodby Silverstein & Partners, known as Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein prior to 1994, is an advertising agency.
Sega contracted the firm to create its US advertising after winning a bid in 1992. They are responsible for the so-called "Sega Scream" and the "Welcome to the Next Level" slogan.
They were dropped in May 1996 in favour of Ingalls Moranville Advertising[1].
