Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll, known as Super Monkey Ball DS (スーパーモンキーボールDS) in Japan, is a game in the Super Monkey Ball series and the first to be released on the Nintendo DS platform. The game can be controlled entirely with the D-pad, or with precision using the touch screen. Most of the levels featured are from Super Monkey Ball, made easier for handheld play. The characters were also redesigned and look similar to their current designs.

Challenge Mode
The game does not feature a traditional arcade mode, and instead uses a similar structure seen in Super Monkey Ball 2 that puts 10 stages into each world with a bonus stage after every five levels.
