The TopGear is a steering wheel controller manufactured by Logic 3 for the Sega Saturn, Sony PlayStation and Nintendo 64. It features a gearstick and two pedals. It was later re-released as the Top Drive, and has also been seen as the Master Drive. A later revision, the Top Drive Plus, dropped support for the Sega Saturn.
Despite providing digital and analog options for Sony PlayStation usage, the TopGear is only ever picked up as an Arcade Racer on the Saturn. Its default controls are mapped very similarly to the Arcade Racer, with two rows of face buttons and gear shift buttons on its rear, but it also features a gear shift lever and a set of digital pedals. These are mapped to the gear shift paddles and Z and C by default, but can be remapped to any of the buttons on the wheel. The TopGear then has two options for steering sensitivity - full range or half range - which can be useful for unresponsive games that lack sensitivity settings in their options.
