Eiji Horita (堀田 榮治) is a programmer. Earlier works include Sonic CD and the Mega Drive and 32X ports of Virtua Racing and Virtua Fighter.
He worked on various sports games from Sega CS1 to Smilebit. Much later he programmed smartphone applications.
