Kazuko Noguchi (野口 和子) joined Sega's AM3 department following a job as a high school art teacher.[2] She worked as chief designer of the Virtua Tennis series since the first entry, upgrading to director for Virtua Tennis 3. She played tennis in high school, retiring as an intermediate player.[1]
