The Memory Joypad controller is a third-party peripheral for the Sega Mega Drive, created by Doc's. It is a programmable six-button controller which have a memory function. With this function (activates by Learn button) it can remember a sequence of pressing buttons and then reproduce it. A sequence displayed on the little screen on top of a controller.

The Memory Joypad has a pretty similar shell like Mortal Kombat controller series by Innovation.
