The Sega Master System version of the Pro Action Replay is a cheat device created by Datel. Master System Pro Action Replays were not endorsed by Sega.
Like its Mega Drive counterpart, two versions of the Pro Action Replay exist for the Game Gear, although unlike its 16-bit cousin, the versions are not explicitly numbered.
