Jane-Evelyn "Jaelyn" Nisperos, also known by the alias chibi-tech, is an American chiptune artist and M2 video game music composer and sound designer known for her frequent collaborations with fellow M2 composer Manabu Namiki.

Originally hailing from California's San Francisco Bay Area, Nisperos moved to Japan to work as a musician and sound designer for M2.[1]
