Sega Ages OutRun (SEGA AGES アウトラン) is a re-release of OutRun developed by M2 as the fourth game of the Sega Ages lineup for the Nintendo Switch.

Gameplay

Sega Ages OutRun retains some of the extra features and improvements that were added to 3D OutRun on the Nintendo 3DS, such as the doubled framerate and widescreen ratio. In addition to the original three music tracks plus the two tracks added by the 3DS version ("Cruising Line" and "Camino a Mi Amor"), new music tracks have been added. These tracks include "Step on Beat" from the Sega Mega Drive version, a cover of "Radiation" from OutRun 2 SP, "Driver's Megamix Vol. 1" and "Midnight Highway".

The player can also choose to steer using gyro controls, and unlock the Tune-Up customization settings which also return from the 3DS version. The game is in "Special Mode" by default, but when all five endings have been reached, "Arcade Mode" is unlocked, which is the original arcade game with its original 30fps speed.

The player also has the ability to save and load game progress, and save replays of the player's sessions.
