Kazuhiro Matsuta (松田 一裕) is a Japanese programmer and technical director at Sega of Japan, best-known for his work on the Sakura Taisen, Valkyria Chronicles and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA franchises.
Matsuta is well-respected among the consumer departments as he helps many other people solve problems[2]. In 2015 he was featured in the magazine Shigoto Hakken Note with a retrospective on why he chose a career as a video game programmer[1].
