Shigenobu Nakamura (中村 樹之) is the general manager of the Development IT Support Dept. at Sega of Japan[1]. He started out at Sega AM2, working in their (or at least successor Sega Software R&D Dept. 2's) Technical Research System Tools Unit.
Nakamura is on the advisory board for CEDEC[2][3].
