F1 Circus MD (Ｆ１サーカスＭＤ) is a Sega Mega Drive Formula One racing game developed by Khaos and published by Nihon Bussan. A port of the titular July 1991 NEC PC Engine racing title F1 Circus '91, the game is the third entry in Nihon Bussan's F1 Circus series, and was released exclusively in Japan in December 1991.
The game was followed by the 1994 Sega Mega-CD sequel F1 Circus CD.

Gameplay
The game is a typical Formula 1 racing game. In World Championship mode, the player is limited to a predefined course set, but they may choose their team, lap count, vehicle specifics, etc. Races are presented in a top-down view.

Teams
F1 Circus MD lacks an official FIA license so uses fictional teams. They are, however, blatently based on real teams of from the 1991 World Championship, often just swapping letters (such as Ls becoming Rs and vice versa), and even sharing similar logos.
