Tsuyoshi Agura (安倉 剛司) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. Besides Skies of Arcadia Legends, Agura mainly works on online games, including Guru Guru Onsen 2, Sakura Taisen Online and Guru Guru Onsen 2. He has been involved with the Phantasy Star franchise ever since Phantasy Star Universe. typically working with Akio Setsumasa and Yasuhiro Takahashi. Agura was also a beta tester for Final Fantasy XI[4], also known as Final Fantasy XI Online.
