Chiho Kobayashi (小林 千穂) is a former Sega sound composer and guitarist for [H.]. She joined Sega in 1998 after having been a music teacher[2], working on several games under Sega AM3/Hitmaker, most notably the Virtua Tennis series. However, she was very nearly assigned to Sega AM2 on the recommendation of Takenobu Mitsuyoshi[3]

Her major influences are Kinniku Shōjo Tai, Queen and Michael Jackson, whose 1987 album Bad was the first album she purchased (on casette).[1]
