Fighting Vipers 2 is the sequel to Fighting Vipers, originally released for Sega Model 3 Step 2.0 arcade hardware in 1998 before being ported to the Sega Dreamcast in 2001. The Dreamcast version of the game was not released in North America.

The game features all of the characters from the first game plus several new ones, and features improved graphics over its predecessor.
