The Dreamcast MIDI Interface Cable (ドリームキャスト・MIDIインターフェイスケーブル or ドリームキャスト･ＭＩＤＩインターフェースケーブル) is a MIDI cable for the Sega Dreamcast which allows the console to connect to MIDI instruments, such as electronic piano keyboards. It is only known to have been released in Japan and is only known to be compatible with O.to.i.re.
