Rikiya Nakagawa is the former head of Sega AM1 and WOW Entertainment. He was the producer of many of the division's titles, including the Dynamite Deka and The House of the Dead series. Having been employed by the company for nearly 20 years, Nakagawa originally headed Sega DD #3, the branch responsible for titles created by Team Shinobi.
