Over the course of the Sega Mega Drive's lifetime, a number of games went unreleased:

Speedway Pro Challenge	Renovation Products	The planned American localization of Human's 1991 Mega Drive game Fastest 1. Cancelled for unknown reasons. Box scans exist.

Swamp Thing	Microsmiths, Nuvision	Cancelled when Nuvision went under. A prototype ROM circulates around the Internet.
