Akio Setsumasa (節政 暁生) is a programmer. Notable works include Streets of Rage III (his first game)[1], NiGHTS Into Dreams, Burning Rangers and Sonic Adventure. He has been a leading network programmer and director for the Phantasy Star franchise ever since Phantasy Star Online.
