Tomokazu Honma (本間 智和) is a a graphic designer and attraction developer and graphic at Sega. He joined Sega Enterprises in 1997 and was assigned to Sega PC, where he first worked on Daytona USA Deluxe. He was notably involved with Jet Set Radio at Sega Software R&D Dept. 6/Smilebit, designing graphics for the Kogane-cho stage[4]. He was one of many developers who migrated from Smilebit to Amusement Vision, but a few years later migrated again to the Attraction Simulator R&D Dept., from where he developed Initial D Arcade Stage 4 Limited[5]. He has continued to work on Joypolis attractions for over a decade since.
