Hideshi Kawatake (川竹 英士) is a former programmer at Sega, known for his work on SDI: Strategic Defense Initiative and Galaxy Force where he was second to Katsumi Tojo. He became a lead programmer in his own right with SegaSonic the Hedgehog. Later, at Hitmaker, he was the "PC watchdog", dealing with the company's internet problems and other PC aspects.[1]
