Katsumi Tojo (藤乗 勝巳) is a former programmer at Sega. He joined in 1984. Notable works include Enduro Racer[1], SDI: Strategic Defense Initiative[1], Galaxy Force and Super Monaco GP[1]. In April 1993, he was promoted to technical manager of the AM3 department[2]. A decade later, he was general manager of Hitmaker's Software R&D Department.[3]
