3D Streets of Rage 2, known as 3D Bare Knuckle II: Shitou e no Requiem (3D ベア・ナックルII 死闘への鎮魂歌 lit. 3D Bare Knuckle II: Requiem to the Deadly Struggle) in Japan, is an enhanced re-release of Streets of Rage 2 for the Nintendo 3DS and is part of M2's 3D Classics range.
The game features two special gameplay styles in the form of "Rage Relay" and "Casual Mode". When Rage Relay is turned on, the player will play through the game using all four characters in any order they like, and will switch to the next character in sequence each time they die.
