This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.
The 21 Pin RGB Cable (21ピンRGBケーブル) for the Sega Saturn is the official method of connecting a Saturn to a television via the Japanese RGB standard (not SCART, which uses the same connector). It was only released in Japan and a SCART version for Europe was never released separately. If you wanted to use this cable on an American Saturn, you will need a special RGB cable, bought from https://www.ebay.com/itm/191877025474 Or consolegoods.co.uk
