The Dreamcast Arcade Stick is an arcade stick peripheral for the Sega Dreamcast. A well built controller, the arcade stick functions exactly as a standard gamepad though lacks analogue functionality. It also has space for a VMU (though can only store one at a time). In North America it was released by Agetec.
Its metal faceplate and similarities with real arcade hardware means the Sega Dreamcast Arcade Stick is a popular choice for when constructing MAME cabinets, and some are in fact modified to function with current-gen consoles for competitive play. There are a number of third party arcade sticks, though the official Dreamcast stick is often considered to be the best.
