The Mega Drive Explorer is a three button stick with turbo features, styled similarly to a NES Advantage. For whatever reason, the box features artwork from Super Thunder Blade.
It was released in Taiwan as the Explorer-I by Honyü, and as the Power Mate in the UK by Teqniche.
