Sega's Time-Out Fox Hills Mall was an indoor Time-Out arcade once owned by Sega during the 1970s and 1980s. Originally operated as Sega Center Fox Hills Mall, it was rebranded following Sega's 1986 purchase of the Time-Out chain.
History
Originally an arcade from California's Kingdom of Oz chain, it and five other locations were purchased by Sega in 1976[1] and rebranded as a Sega Center arcade. Following the further 1986 acquisition of the larger arcade chain Time-Out, the majority of remaining Sega Centers were again rebranded to Sega's Time-Out - including the Fox Hills Mall location. Ultimately, Sega would sell off the Time-Out chain in July 1990, and in the next few years the arcade closed altogether.[2]
