Gunvalkyrie (ガンヴァルキリー) is a third-person shooter developed by Smilebit and published by Sega exclusively for the Xbox.

Development
Gunvalkyrie was originally set to be released on the Sega Dreamcast in 2001, where it would have used the Dreamcast Gun[5].
Release
Gunvalkyrie is said to have performed "dismally" in the Japanese market[6], owed in part to the lukewarm reception of the Xbox console in that region.
