Tomohiro Kondo (近藤 智宏), also known as Mu joined Sega in 1989. He become the head of Team Andromeda and created the Panzer Dragoon series. After leaving Sega, Kondo joined General Entertainment and developed Pen Pen TriIceLon. He is currently working at Land Ho!.
