Super Fantasy Zone (スーパーファンタジーゾーン) is the last game in the Fantasy Zone series, first released on the Sega Mega Drive in 1992. The game is a standard side scrolling shooter with the exception that the ship can traverse on the ground in addition to flying.
The game was not released on cart in the US, but is currently unconfirmed as being a Sega Channel title, and no Virtual Console status is known — please help with identifying this information.

Gameplay
shoots. drops a bomb (with unlimited stock). uses the special weapon, which can be bought from a shop, found throughout each level as balloons which must be collided into to enter.
Original Fantasy Zone Soundtrack
The soundtrack from the arcade version of the first Fantasy Zone game is included as an easter egg and can be listened to in the sound test. To make the music play in-game, highlight "GAME START" on the title screen and press START while holding down ++ together.
