GG Aleste (GGアレスタ) is a game in Compile's Aleste series of shoot-'em-ups for the Sega Game Gear. It was only released in Japan and is one of the few Compile Game Gear games published by Compile rather than Sega.

Gameplay

The playfield scrolls diagonally up and right while you and the enemies fly by. 2 simultaneously shoots (with rapidfire) both a regular shot and one of various weapons collected with large green powerups. Furthermore, various objects will send out chips that power up the main shot when collected. 1 drops bombs.
