Dreamcast Twin Stick (ツインスティック) is a special controller designed mainly for Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram. As the name suggests, it contains two joysticks at the expense of fewer buttons. It also contains a VMU slot.
The Dreamcast Twin Stick was only released in Japan.
