Norimasa Yatsuzuka (八塚 敬昌) was a publicist at Sega. He joined the company in 1989, where he worked until 1999 when he began working for Media Factory. He left Media Factory in 2005, rejoining Sega in 2009. In 2012 he left Sega to work for Tokuma Shoten. Since 2014 he has worked for FuRyu.
