Makoto Osaki is a developer at AM2 originally involved with stage design work. His first major project was Daytona USA 2, where he served as Director.
Towards the end of the '90s, Osaki's role shifted to that of a supervisor, showing the most prominence in Shenmue II. Following this, though, he would take on many executive roles as a producer (The King of Route 66) and once more as a director (OutRun 2, Virtua Quest, Virtua Fighter 5).
