Sky Target (スカイターゲット) is a Sega Model 2 arcade game developed by Sega AM2. Despite its name it is considered part of the After Burner franchise, having the player pilot various jet planes across levels. The original Model 2 cabinet was only released in Japan.
Sky Target is the first in the series to be portrayed in full 3D. It is a much slower game than its predecessors, perhaps more comparable to Star Fox 64 for the Nintendo 64 or Panzer Dragoon as a result.
Ports of the game were made for the Sega Saturn and in Japan, Windows PCs.
