Star Trek: The Next Generation: Echoes from the Past is an adventure game based on the Star Trek: The Next Generation television series. It was released for the Sega Mega Drive exclusively in the Americas in 1994.

Echoes from the Past was prevented from release in Europe as it "[didn't] represent value for money"^[2]. A 16-megabit cartridge with battery back-up would have led to the game selling at £59.99 in the UK^[2].

A Sega Mega-CD version was planned for later in 1994^[2], but cancelled.
