Hiroaki Shoji (庄司弘明) joined Sega in 1992 as a programmer at Sega AM2, his first work being Soreike Kokology. He is best-known for his extensive work on the Sega Network Taisen Mahjong MJ series, becoming its director with the third generation^[1]. Hiroaki is the older brother of composer Hidenori Shoji^[2].
