Kazuyuki Oikawa (及川 和行) was a programmer and president of Aspect. He was first a temporary technician working with different computer systems, but accidentally fell in love with game development at age 24. Working on 7 or 8 games per year with a couple friends, he later founded Aspect in 1991.[1]
