Kousuke Honma (本間 公介) joined Sega in 2006 after working at an advertising agency.[2] He was first assigned to Family Entertainment to promote Oshare Majo Love and Berry: DS Collection. His work in sales management expanded in the 2010's to include various console games by Sega. At Sega Games starting 2015, his role changed to planning promotional events. He became a marketing supervisor around 2020/2021. In 2023 he left Sega to join SNK.
