Megumi Matsuda (松田 恵) is a former graphic designer at Sega of Japan. Certain in-depth credits suggests she specialised in stage/level graphics. She took maternity leave in early 2003[1].

Matsuda comes from an artistic family. Her father was a world-famous developer of Radio-controlled airplanes, and made the Porco Rosso airplane model installed at the Studio Ghibli Museum[1].
