Dreamcast Twin Stick (ツインスティック) is a special controller designed mainly for Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram. As the name suggests, it contains two joysticks at the expense of fewer buttons. It also contains a VMU slot. It is a successor of sorts to the Saturn Twin-Stick, made for Sega Saturn port of Cyber Troopers Virtual-On.

The Dreamcast Twin Stick was only released in Japan.
