Hiroshi Kataoka (片岡洋) is the the head of AM2 as well as an executive manager on Sega's arcade business.
He joined Sega AM2 in 1991, and worked as a director for a variety titles immadietly the same year. He then became a producer from Virtua Fighter 4 onwards. From October of 2003 onwards he became the Manager of AM2.
