Japanese models
Sega released a four-button (three buttons plus a start button) mouse peripheral for the Sega Saturn in Japan. There were two models that fit into both Saturn color scheme models and both sold separately. Both also came with a custom Sega Saturn baby blue pad and each cost ¥3,000.
- HSS-0102 (released 22 November 1994): The first model was gray in color with a blue start button.
- HSS-0139 (released 5 July 1996): The second model was white with a red start button. White versions came packaged with the Limited Edition of Sakura Taisen, but these were no different than those models that were sold separately.
US model
In the US, a similar four-button mouse was released for use with the Sega NetLink system.
- 80108 (aka Netlink mouse): It has an oval shape and has the same three buttons plus a start, but is black in color and came with an ordinary (?) red pad. It's compatible with the Japanese mouse.

UK model
An european release was planned for late 1995, but it never reached the stores. A possible screenshot might have been found, possibly from Mega Force.
