David Robinson's Supreme Court, called David Robinson Basketball (デビッド・ロビンソン バスケットボール) in Japan, is a 1992 basketball game for the Sega Mega Drive by Sega.
A Sega Game Gear version was in development, but was cancelled for unknown reasons. A prototype has since been found.

The game is an isometric-perspective 3D basketball game. Use the D-pad to move, to pass the ball and to shoot.
