Nakajima Satoru Kanshuu F1 Hero MD (中島悟監修 F1 HERO MD) is a 1992 racing game by Aisystem Tokyo and Varie for the Sega Mega Drive and the second Mega Drive game in the Satoru Nakajima series, following F1 Grand Prix and preceding F1 Super License. This one was actually released overseas, by Flying Edge under the name Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge.

Gameplay
The game is a typical 3D racing game with various team, racer, car setup, and race options for a Grand Prix, practice race, and Time Attack modes. accelerates; brakes. Races are always presented in horizontal split screen; in one-player mode, the HUD takes up the top half of the screen.
