Masao Shirosaki (城崎 雅夫) was a Sega director, producer and game designer, and a member of Ryu ga Gotoku Studio. Joining SEGA in April 2007, he started off working on Toshihiro Nagoshi’s Yakuza series as a Planner. Soon enough, he’d become a mainstay for the series and has since then reached a Lead Planner position. He was also a planner for the Let's Make Soccer/Saka Tsuku series and Kurohyo series of Yakuza spin-off games, plus developed several Super Monkey Ball as producer and director.

He has since left Sega to work as a director at Nagoshi Studio.[2]
