Toshiyuki Mukaiyama (向山 俊行) is a game designer and former character modeler at Sega of Japan. He was part of the team of Sega AM1 staff members who joined the CS divisions to develop for Sega Saturn. In the early 2000's he transitioned from console game development to mobile game development.
