Norihito Omoda (表田 法人) is a technical artist at Sega of Japan, formerly an artist with works ranging from the Mega Drive to large Taikan-like arcade games[2]. He is best known as the lead artist for The House of the Dead III and The House of the Dead 4[1]. By 2012 he was the manager of the Sega R&D1 Design Technology Section[3].
