Rie Sakurai (櫻井 里英) is a 3D modeler and art director, as well as director of the game Manic Panic Ghosts. She, like many other members of Data East, migrated to Sega through Shenmue, joining Hitmaker in 2001[2], becoming part of the Crazy Taxi 3 team.
